USER DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS

If you have used Facebook or Google to log in to PBGDPL Can Tho (https://pbgdpl.cantho.gov.vn/), you can request deletion of your personal data by following the instructions below:

1. Request via Website

Log in to your account on our website
Go to your profile/account settings
Select “Delete Account” or “Request Data Deletion”

2. Request via Email

You can also request data deletion by sending an email with your account details to:

contact@cantho.gov.vn

3. Request via Facebook

Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy → Apps and Websites
Select the PBGDPL Can Tho app
Click “Remove” and follow the instructions

4. Processing Time

We will process your request within 7–30 days, in accordance with applicable laws.

5. What Data Will Be Deleted

Your account information (name, email, profile)
Login data associated with Facebook or Google
